[Feature]: Add a config option to allow snow to accumulate indefinitely during snowfall.

Is this a new feature Yes.

Describe the solution you'd like Essentially this config option would allow for snow layers to continuously pile up during snowfall indefinitely, this would make the apocalypse feel more realistic as it's a bit strange having just snow blocks + 1 snow layer spawn during snowfall and nothing else is added to it, + it'd also make the overworld surface much more harsher to live in.

Additional context In general I think this would be a really cool addition to the mod and would make it so much more interesting.

I would like to add this, but Minecraft Java edition would be too laggy to handle it.

I will be closing this for now, but if you have suggestions on how to mitigate this (the lag), than feel free to comment!

I think the best way for this to be added would be to have occur very slowly, much slower than normal snow pile up during snowfall. There is a mod called Snow real Magic that does have this ability for snow to pile up indefinitely, but it seems to have a conflicting issue with this mod regarding weather, I'll make a bug report on that later today.
