[Feature]: Sky color should slowly change from blue to grey as the apocalypse progresses.

Is this a new feature Yes.

Describe the solution you'd like This is a rather simple one, essentially as the apocalypse progresses over time the overworld sky color would slowly change from it's normal blue to a greyish color.

Here is a screenshot from my modpack which uses a datapack to modify all the overworld biomes to change their sky color to a greyish looking color and I think it'd be neat if the mod could do this as a slow transition instead as the datapack method affects the sky at all times during the day.

Late note: This would also be a config option people can turn off just incase it conflicts with other mods that change sky color.
