viewBox is not supported #24

Firstly: what a great project 

Second:
The library does not work with an svg with a <svg width=.. height=.. viewBox=.. 

the image grows when the mouse is moved over the image

Workaround remove width height and viewBox 
add a transform= to the first g element

Version: SVGPan 1.2.1  on Firefox 19.0.2 64 bit Centos 6
