libmp4v2.vcproj doesn't work with Visual Studio 2008 #73

When you try to open mp4v2.sln with VS 2008, it tells you that libmp4v2.vcproj 
has an invalid character at line 330.  Looking there, someone put what I can 
only imagine was supposed to be a comment, but VS 2008 doesn't like.  Deleting 
these lines fixes it.

Could you copy the specific lines?  I'm not seeing these changes you speak of 
on line 330.

I don't see the lines now either, Maybe I synced it in some transient state?  
Anyway, it looks fine now.
