Finalise order link #739

Orders may remain as saved after the checkout if the payment wasn't received on 
time.

Once the payment is processed offline the admin may want to generate the files 
as they would passing through the checkout.

Add a link to do so and update order details accordingly.

Tested on /magedev/
web_to_print_store_incl_theme   2.0.1.0beta8 (beta) 

Link is there and it works, links to generated files show up after a few 
seconds. 
I think we could use a spinning loader in there, though. Takes a while until 
the links show up and unless you're looking at the browser status bar, there's 
no indication that something is happening.

How come it is not animated? The loader is stuck at this frame.

What's not animated?
It dimmed out the screen, showed a spinning snake and then updated the links.
Looked OK to me. What did I miss?

The only problem is the modal window. What if the response never arrives?
I won't be able to click anywhere.

Must have been my browser or cache or something.
Before, the spinning loader gif was not spinning. Was stuck at a frame, not 
animated.

Re-tested it, worked ok now.
