Large template with PDF proof enabled causes ZP ERR

Tested on /magedev/
web_to_print_store_incl_theme   2.0.1.0alpha2 (alpha) 
identical results on /mageimage/ too

This large template:

has PDF proof enabled. I get a ZP error when I add to cart after personalizing 
all pages.

Tested the template at ZP end:

My order went through ok.
