Uninstall extension doesn't work!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I uninstall this extension via Magento Connect.
2. Log out and the log back in. 
3. Go to customer and try to edit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should see the customer info but I get: Source model 
"orderapproval/entity_attribute_source_approvers" not found for attribute 
"approver"

What version of Magento/extension are you using?
