Order Approval: Price in cart sidebar not updating

Installed "Order_approval" version 0.2.0.0beta6 
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a product to the cart.
2. The sidebar with "recently added items" sometimes doesn't display the price. 
Instead it displays "0". 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This happens not all the times, but sometimes. If I disable the extension 
"Order_approval" this does not happen.

What version of Magento/extension are you using?
Version 1.6.2 and version 1.6.1

If I enable the module "order_approval" the sidebar doesn't update correctly. 
If I disable the module everything works fine. So I think it has to do with 
order approval.
