Deleted images show on preview not in output #754

Tested on /magedev/
web_to_print_store_incl_theme   2.0.1.0beta4 (beta) 

http://d1.zetaprints.com/magedev/index.php/temporary-catalog/r753.html

- Update a page with a user-uploaded image and then move on to the next page.
- On the next page, upload a new image and delete the one you uploaded for the 
previous page

The final order preview will contain all images o the page, including the one 
you deleted.
The output PDF will not contain that image.
