"Used in Order" Not Showing Order Number

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Uploading file using Zeta Attachment extension, placing order
2. File uploads, order is placed with no error
3. Navigate to "Attachments >  Manage Attachments" in Magento Admin, no order 
number is associated with uploads.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is to see an order number associated with the file.
Instead, "N/A" is listed under "Used in order" in table.

What version of Magento/extension are you using?
1.6.2/1.1.0b

Please note, this occurs with the default template as well as any custom 
templates.
