Update preview button highlight

Do not highlight Update Preview button until there was a change to the user 
input.

At the moment the button is red and I am invited to click on it even if I don't 
need to.

No need to disable it - just remove the highlight.

When the template contains image fields, the "Update preview" button is 
highlighted - red.
This is because the "Default" image choice is considered as the users pick and 
as far as M. is concerned, it is user input which activates the "Update 
preview" button.

Replication instructions:
- Navigate to 
https://d1.zetaprints.com/magedev/index.php/magentot-01/1pg-template.html
- clear session cookies
- Refresh the page and open the InPrev Editor
The button is red
