Conditional "Update preview" button #767

Some pages don't need to show the "Update preview" button because it can only 
confuse the users. These can be:
- Static pages
or
- Passive pages (with fields shared from a previous page)

Lets make this button conditional and have it show up only when needed. Some 
page might have a shared field and a unique one. If there's at least one field 
unique to that page or this is the first page where it shows up, then this 
qualifies the page for a "Update preview" button. Otherwise, we hide it.

Remove completely or grey out?

Thinking that just removing it will be confusing too.

We don't show Update preview button for static pages. Need to  implement it for 
passive ones.

It can be done in 2 ways:

1. Additional flag from ZP
2. Check that page has fields

About the greyed out button...

Not I'd always notice the difference. It's quite subtle.

What about Update Preview in the fancybox?

About the fancybox... we simply don't show the Update preview button. Same as 
on static pages ex. second page here:
http://d1.zetaprints.com/magedev/index.php/magentot-03/passive-pgs.html
a "X" corner button rather than a "Update preview | X" one.

I guess we can also show it greyed out (see F1-1FB_greyed_out.png). You think 
we need to do it that way?

In fancybox I grayes Update preview button when no data is placed in fields and 
hides it when page is static.
