Default image choice for "saved" default previews #775

A "default" value for image fields is the template image placeholder.
Replication instructions:
- Navigate to
http://realestate.zetaprints.com/?page=template;TemplateID=664D6355-03D8-45CE-9A
42-9AEB8A56002E
the template has a default preview saved for the image fields
- generate a preview with the image choices set to "default"
- the preview will contain the template image placeholders instead of the 
images that were used to safe a default preview.

I think, not sure, this was discussed earlier but I couldn't find the issue.

Looks like it to me. The behavior is identical on w2p portal side and Magento.
