Better support for non-virtual products

[GoogleCodeExporter]

ExpressCheckout extension doesn't support well simple products.

Bugs:

* No billing address fields (uses for shipping when checkout as guest or 
customer si registering during checkout)
* Stick on Shipping Method step. We should show Payments step when there's a 
cost of shipping otherwise jump to final step.

You can't checkout simple product without providing billing/shipping address. 
It asks only 1 time for address info if your billing and shipping addresses are 
same.

So, this extension can only make Virtual products checkout without 
billing/shipping address? No way around for other products types?

You _can_not_ checkout simple product without shipping address at least in M. 
Where store owner should sent real products if no shippping address set?

Please, set it TestOK if you're able to checkout simple product without 
problem. I fixed two bugs in that issue.

Also, the extension is not only hide billing/shipping address. It can, for 
example, omit Payment step if product is free, omit Billing/Shipping step if 
customer has that info in the profile and omit Shipping Cost step if it's free 
at all.

Tested on /magedev/
express_checkout    0.0.3.0alpha7 (alpha) 

1. Omit Billing/Shipping step if customer has that info in the profile
More Work - I'm still asked for shipping info although I have  a saved address 
in my profile.
Personally, I think this should stay as is. Products that need to be delivered 
physically need to have the destination checked and confirmed.

2. Omit Shipping Cost step if it's free at all
More Work - I set the shipping methods to only include the "Free shipping" 
option in the store. The step is still there, users still have to click 
"Continue" to move on to placing the order.
