Add basic set of options to products on its creation.

Options:

 * Banner image
 * Banner URL
 * Start date
 * End date

Implement code to create advertiser, campaign and banner objects in OpenX via 
API.
Link campaign and banner to the zone from advertising plan (product) settings.
