Required pages workaround

Templates that have "Blank pages" option set to "all pages required" can be 
added to cart without updating all pages resulting in a ZP error.

These templates have the "Add to cart" button disabled until all pages are 
updated. Looks like that condition is only set for the last page in the 
template, in other words, if a user jumps to the last page, the add to cart 
button becomes available.

Replication instructions:
- Navigate to: 
https://d1.zetaprints.com/magedev/index.php/magentot-01/7-page-template.html
- Update the first page
- Jump to the last page and update the preview for it
- Although all pages in between are not updated, updating the last one made the 
"Add to cart" button active.
Adding to cart results in a ZP error.

Tested on /magedev/
web_to_print_store_incl_theme   2.1.2.0alpha2 (alpha)
