I tested it and it seemed OK but customer reported some "special characters" 
issue.
Apparently UTF-8 will not work. Will let you know of the outcome as soon as it 
is resolved.

How come UTF-8 won't work?
It doesn't make sense.

It is UTF-8 now. I saved it as such after replacing those special characters. 
Works fine.
