What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an order for approval
2. Open the approver screen
3. Click Select All -> changes counter of items selected
4. Click the checkbox beside an item -> does not change counter of items
selected.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output should change the number of selected items. Nothing happens in
IE, but all is well in Google Chrome
Additional effect is that although I see it unchecked, when I click approve, it
will approve all items.
What version of Magento/extension are you using?
1.5
