HelloWired update + DI label change #811

1. Update HelloWired with the latest from HelloThemes.

2. Change Dinamic Imaging label in category and product views to:

"Dynamic imaging only (no PDF will be generated)"

Take the latest HelloWired theme from HelloThemes and add out changes the same 
way as in the files in the downloads section. 
Make sure it works fine in IE, FF, CH

DI: see w2p tab on category page and w2p tab on prod dets page
You'll notice the difference in the label for Dynamic Imaging option. Both need 
to be updated.

Are these updates close to ready yet? On 10/31 Max stated that the Hellowired 
theme files would be updated within a week. I am preparing for launch and 
really need access to these files and how/where to place the same.
