can not view category page #814

I have installed the plugin, but now can not view the category page in admin 
all i get is

Display Settings

Show to customer groups *   

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i have tried to uninstall but when i do the site falls over

What version of Magento/extension are you using?
1.3.2.4

this is a problem with your site, not with the extension
