No ZP link in magento orders #824

Hi, 
I have a problem with my shop.
Here are the steps I follow:
1. I uploade templates in zetaprint site
2. I syncronized the magento shop
3. I can personalize the products on the site
4. When I get the order I don see the ZP link to output file

I have to redo the order seeing the thumbnails in magento :-(

I am using Magento ver. 1.7.0.2

Ready to hear any ideeas
