Description:

Add a Navigation Bar component to the GlassyUI library that follows the glassmorphism theme.

Requirements:

  1. Create a Navigation Bar component with a glass morphism appearance (transparency, blur effect, frosted glass look).
  2. Support customization options for links, icons, and styles.
  3. Ensure the Navigation Bar is accessible and responsive.
