Team's Response

Current NFRs and Glossary is deemed sufficient by our team for this current version.

We will be adding more details in future versions.

Important terms are missing from the glossary, such as what an Insurer is, what an Insuree is, insurance-related jargons.

## :question: Issue severity Team chose [`severity.VeryLow`] Originally [`severity.Medium`] - [x] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** As someone who evaluated the product but did not have any experience in insurance-related terms, there were definitely situations where I was actually confused by what the terms meant. Precisely because this is a guide thus it must be reader-friendly.
