New: Exfiltration is not instant now!

Exfiltration will now take 3.1 seconds, so exfiltrating under fire is less possible.
Exfiltration starts when entire team is in extraction zone.
Exfiltration pauses when less then entire team is in extraction zone.
Exfiltration stops and resets when entire team leaves extraction zone.

Bug fixes:

Fixed bug preventing exfil guards to spawn on second or later attempts.
Now special AI spawns first and so should always spawn.
Moved insertion/extraction points to avoid overlap.

Misc:

Moved custom AI loadouts to a separate folder.
AI loadout dir names should abrreviate names of the parts of the world they were inspired by, e.g.: Eurasia - EurAsi.

Above changes were made to both KillConfirmed and BreakOut game modes.
