Mode: STANDALONE Network Profile Cache: NetworkProfileLocal

Theory:

getOrCreate doesn't actually add it to the local cache map -> isn't available on disconnect
Hasn't been an issue since most saves occur during play

ToDo

[ ] Ensure created objects are auto-cached
[ ] Verify that our skip save logic in SyncEngine isn't affecting the NetworkProfile markOffline on quit
[ ] Test NetworkProfile online state thoroughly (STANDALONE and NETWORKED)
