Fixes Flaps & Adds Crowbars. #17

Mostly map stuff this time. This fixes plastic flaps and adds crowbars to escape, cryo, and the gateway. All flaps should be replaced, on all of the Z-Levels. If any flaps still dont work, then they were overlooked. Please create an issue thread with the location and Z-Level and i will get to fixing that as son as possible, but as i said, all flaps should be fixed.

errr. Fuck you map merger. I swore i used it correctly. High change count is due to that. Fixes #12 #13
