Add application view for team management #25

Team management view is different from team list view. Leader of a team should be able to see the view for event management. Other members of a team will only be able to see a different view of team information. Originally, this view is poorly incorporated in the team.html. For our version, for better design, a new view shall be added to deprecate the old version.
