Add application view for "explore" (search & recommendation)

This project is an application skeleton. It is used for a HKUST Software Engineering Course (COMP3111/H) in Fall 2016/17. My goal: The project is not asking students to re-produce the sample project. We should encourage students to do something better than the TA.

Add application view for "explore" (search & recommendation) #26

Search box will be displayed on top. Below, by default, recommended events (or teams) will be displayed as a list. If search is executed. Recommendation will be hidden and search results will be returned below. Depending on how search function is implemented on the backend (which is not known currently), the view will be changed later.
