Switch to transform API #101

Would bring stability, free incrementalism, etc. Would make a fantastic contribution as I won't have time to look at this for a while.

FYI, 1.5 Transform API is out now with slight changes. http://tools.android.com/tech-docs/new-build-system/transform-api

I will try to get started next week if no one else pulls this.
