Update README to use proper plugin name. #54

Trying to apply the plugin 'com.jakewharton.hugo,' as specified in the README, failed for me. Taking a look at u2020's build file and the example's build file, found it used at 'hugo,' which worked :smile:

I changed the name and just haven't had the time to make a new release. I'll get to that this week or weekend, though.
