I can't get any reply from support except for an auto-email saying the "offices are closed". No code's being merged since June, and nothing's in the changelog since 2018.

Can we get an update on the service's status?

I'm not sure who you're talking to but this library has no official support.

The library is stable.

This is not a service. It's a library built in spare time with no formal commitments to process or support.
