Opera is not supported #27

This is because Opera does not support IndexedDB, which makes it impossible to save media using the current system.

IndexedDB is no longer used, but window.URL is still needed in order to create cacheable URLs of Google Drive resources, and Opera does not support this.

Opera 15 reportedly supports object URLs, and implementing any other type of fix before that version is released would not be worth the effort, so I'm closing this.
