[Bug Report] Fate Tracker not working

Describe the bug The fate tracker windows shows no fates on the v69.49 version

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to area with fates.
2. Open Fate Tracker

Expected behavior it should show fates. It did indeed show fates prior to v69.49

Additional context Worked prior to v69.49. I already uninstalled the plugin, restarted game and reinstalled to try and fix it. Didn't fix it.
