Check port + hostname

I'm working with documentation for a local development project and have several running processes in localhost on different ports and mkdocs running locally.

• mkdocs: http://localhost:8003
• api: http://localhost:8000
• other process: http://localhost:8001
• etc

These should open on new tabs, but as it's the same hostname they don't. Checking the port+hostname should fix this.
