Can we install and run full featured version on Mac OS?

At least build instructions for MacOS. I tried to sort it out myself but I haven't been able to figure out how to get cmake to work. Seems I need to set PDF4QT_INSTALL_BIN_DIR but I'm not sure what directory that should point to.
