cannot withdraw gold from guild bank #1896

Which software were you running?

Have you read the changelog? cannot find this

Please describe the bug. cannot withdraw or deposit gold into guild bank- i have to turn off the addon to do so.

Please describe how to reproduce it.

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

10.2.29 I can deposit to Guild bank but no longer withdraw anything, I am the GM of the guild. After disabling all add-ons and going back to Blizzards UI it would seem it's a blizzard problem
