Rivals not tracking #254

This has been a problem since BfA for me. (NPC) Rivals are not tracked, they are simply not added to the list. Perhaps I do something wrong?

None of the Shadowlands rivals show up or get tracked for me as well. Not sure the Rivals are being kept up to date any longer.
