Tried to teleport character to Silithus using the scroll given to us for The War Within.
Please describe how to reproduce it.

I'm having issues with pettracker addon as well.
Since it doesn't have data for the war within, I ended up switching to another addon called battle pet completionlist.
It doesn't have these errors, and already have the war within pets on the map.
I am having the same issue when attempting to use an icon item that is on my quest log. No code error shows but a pop up stating this "PetTracker has been blocked from an action only available to the Blizzard UI. You can disable this addon and reload the UI. Then it has two clickable icons "Disable" and "Ignore"
If I click ignore, the popup goes away but nothing happens. I click on the quest log item again and same popup. If I hit disable, it seems to disable PetTracker and reload the UI. This been happening since 1103 I believe and now its 1105 and same thing.

getting this as well. It is while using items from the objective tracker. There's a thread on this below.
