Make the default page configurable on a per user basis #266

Some people may want the application to redirect to recently added TV shows directly on login.

This will require some other refactoring of the user interface, we need to move both "Change password" and "Change language" to a new "Settings" page for users where they can change everything.

With the refactoref user profile page this required, implementing https://github.com/Jalle19/xbmc-video-server/issues/177 would be possible.
