Update random number guesser with better play environment.py #97

Updated the game a little bit, where now user will know if he/she has guessed a smaller number or a larger number to an original number generated so as to proceed to guess a correct random number and added the total number of chances that user will get, i.e. 10 chances so make the game little more trickier and better .
