hi so I had to make another account for this, pardon my stupid
Added OC compatibility to a few space-specific blocks:
Rocket Launch Pad - Allows grabbing rocket specs, checking fuel values, launching, and others.
Air Vent - Allows reading tank values, checking seal status, and reading atmospheric contents.
StarDar - Allows for getting the planet the radar is on, the properties of planets, and the satellites/moons around planets.
Also utilize the OC API to add floppy disks, new disks coming soon!

This PR will likely cause some merge conflicts when merging main to this fork due to compat changes on both main and on here. If you're going to resolve from a merge conflict with any of the compatibility classes here, accept all changes from main.
