New textures for Air Vent #128

The air vent is going to be fixed to allow it to be placed on ceilings at some point, so the texture should have the vent on all sides. Also it lacks texture, solid colours look good on models but a bit bland on regular blocks

Perhaps it would be possible to switch the ventilation sides using a screwdriver?

That's a good idea, also you can leave PRs that aren't quite ready open so we can continue reviewing them and merge once they're in a good state
