Saving of custom teams #7

In order to run things like custom leagues with drafted, or otherwise selected, teams, it would be good to be able to save custom teams to a file which could be read from later. This could be implemented as an option if the user chooses a custom team.

branch 'saveloadcustomteams' is an attempt to implement this.

updated version of 'saveloadcustomteams' is much better, and should be merged with master soon.
