Pay from within the app #26

possibility to pay from within the app, after a hasher has RSVP'd there could be a possibility to pay (via payconiq, card, paypal, whatever). hasher is registered as payed an comes up in the app's hash cash option mentioned in the other thread. Hash Cash can then confirm the actual presence of the hasher via the app.

probably best with an option in the admin page of the kennel where you can choose "app payment possible" or "only payment on the spot allowed" or "only cash" or whatever, so thereby disabling the possibility to pay via app in this or that kennel that doesn't want this.

This is already implemented, but BMPH3 is not yet using it. If it's not configured in HcWeb with the proper bank account info, you will not see it in the app. We currently support any URL-based banking scheme (e.g. paypal.me, Tikkie, Venmo, etc.). We also support the generation of SEPA QR codes for use in Europe. Still needs documentation though so I'm going to leave this open with a tag for "Needs documentation"
