I just figured it out. This isn't my personal github account- it's my client, Convergent Media Systems. Despite the picture.

I'm still waiting on shell access so I can start writing code.

That's how I do it by the way, I just use vim. Originally I was going to do my own dev environment but unfortunately I'm too busy with work projects right now (which is why I even saw your mention) to set one up.
