Make Hiawatha ebuild tidy #19

The Hiawatha ebuild being my first ebuild, I barely new what I was doing, and it ended up just an EAPI=6, updated to 10.5 version of the old one. (Aka an ugly MESS internally)

I need to see what I can do about cleaning it up and making it nice like the Pale Moon ebuild.
