Steam: fix up dependencies once and for all #22

Steam needs to be configured such that, starting from a pure amd64 system, all appropriate dependencies will be pulled in with a single --autounmask-write.

As it currently stands, I'm kind of coasting off the full-on multilib (ABI_X86="64 32" in make.conf) I had to use to get the previous Steam overlay working, but I'm currently in the process of purging all multilib support from my system to see how this goes starting without any 32-bit libraries.
