The startup sound, as well as many of the menu UI elements (such as the return-to-pod thing) don't work properly with system-compiled libraries. (Works if all the bundled libraries are in the folder with janusvr, however.)

Need to either include their bundled libraries (lame solution), or fix it with system libraries (preferred solution)

Suspected to do with not having access to QML bindings.

Recompiling dev-qt/qt{multimediampositioning,sensors,webkit,websockets}:5 with qml right now. If this fixes, will be pushing a fix in short order to pull in the required USE flags.
