Title says it all, we need desktop integration and we need it ASAP

Not having desktop entries is UNACCEPTABLE

Fixed in fa02d7b1d5f6302fd84f5fbd67121de45d8fae54…except for the live ebuild.

The issue is that, ${PV} being no longer associated with the package version (and thus what would normally be /usr/lib/${P} is hard to find), it's tough to create the /usr/lib/palemoon symlink.
