Update in the PESC example #59

Update in the PESC example for which we now provide two datasets instead of just one: a predator biomass catch rate dataset and a stomach content dataset.

Thanks for doing this Arnaud! But do you mind re-doing the pull-request on the development branch of FishStatsUtils (instead of master branch as done here)?

I've looked it over a bit and it looks promising, but I can't fully test it without testing against development branch. I'm closing this PR pending the other one.
